Working with diversity and inclusion in an organisational context requires conscious and intentional leaders; it can be quite a personal and professional journey to see how the inclusive and diverse organisation plays out in practice. Leading a more socially sustainable organisation requires ambition, humility and reflection. As a result, it becomes more resilient and future-proof.
The purpose is to equip leadership teams and boards to strengthen social sustainability at all levels of the organisation. We achieve this through leadership training, inspirational presentations, ongoing reflection and dialogue as a method. We are known for creating vital and psychologically safe learning spaces that allow all voices to be heard and draw on many years of experience facilitating at the strategic level.
We do not work politically with diversity and inclusion but rely on recognised experts and evidence-based theory to support the understanding of it.
The programme is tailored to each individual leadership team and board of directors. Together, we establish a baseline, using this as a starting point for future activities.
The programme can be supplemented by individual leadership coaching.
